What your paid pass covers.
Choose 30, 90 or 365 days. During that time, you pay no eligible ChargeHive fees on charging, hosting, roadside bookings or Marketplace orders.
You still pay for charging, roadside work and products. Taxes, delivery, cancellation fees and other charges may also apply. Buying a pass does not clear fees you already owe.
Your savings depend on the bookings and orders you make. Compare the pass price with the ChargeHive fees you would pay on Free Access.
Your pass also includes: ChargeHive Fit, for workouts and food tracking, while your pass is active. You also get priority support, setup help and early access where offered.

Pass payments are final and cannot be refunded, even if you cancel early or have unused days. A pass cannot be transferred to another account.
- Pay the full price before the pass starts.
- Prices are in rupees and include GST. Check the price and pass length before you pay.
- There is no repeat payment. Your pass stops when its time ends.
- When your pass ends, you return to Free Access and ChargeHive fees apply again. You can buy another pass whenever you choose.
- Your Hive AI chats stay on your phone during the pass and for 7 days after it ends. After that, Free Access rules apply to all chats still on your phone, including older chats. AI training still needs your permission. Chats you delete are no longer included.
- If you buy another pass before the current one ends, its days are added to your remaining days.
- If you end access early, you lose the remaining days and receive no refund.
- Apply a valid ChargeHive discount code before you pay. The same pass conditions still apply.
Payment methods and fee details
Fees for each payment method
Your pass price is the same for each payment method. The payment provider's fee changes how much ChargeHive receives. The table shows the difference.

Razorpay (in-app / web checkout)
Our usual checkout uses Razorpay. Pay for a pass by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet.
The standard domestic fee is 2% of the payment, plus 18% GST on that fee. International cards cost more. Our current Razorpay agreement sets the exact rate.
Google Play billing
This applies if you buy a pass through Google Play billing instead of our checkout.
Google's fee is 15% on the first USD 1 million of annual earnings and 30% above that. The table uses 15%. If 30% applies, ChargeHive covers the difference from its operating funds.
Dealership Partner Pass (paid at the dealership)
You can buy a Dealership Partner Pass with your vehicle at an approved dealership. This purchase does not go through the app, Google Play or Razorpay.
There is no Google Play or Razorpay fee on this purchase. The dealership's share is agreed separately and is not shown in this table.
Unpaid fees and the booking limit
After an eligible booking or order is completed, its ChargeHive fee is added to your Platform Fee Balance. This is the total ChargeHive fees you owe.
You can use eligible services until your unpaid fees reach your account's limit, currently up to ₹300.
If unpaid fees reach your limit
- New charging bookings may be temporarily paused
- New hosting bookings may be paused
- New Marketplace orders may be temporarily paused
- New roadside bookings through the app may be limited
- Other services that add fees may stay paused until you pay what you owe

The user will still be able to:
- Sign in
- See the fees you owe
- Pay outstanding fees
- See receipts and past transactions
- See bookings you already made
- Contact customer support
- Access account, safety, and emergency information
Bookings normally become available again after your payment is confirmed.
Your fee limit and payment rules may vary by account history, risk, service type, our policies or offers you qualify for.
Which fees a paid pass removes
While your pass is active, you pay no ChargeHive fees on the bookings and orders covered by it.

- Support, setup help, verification, badges, promotions and early access depend on availability and approval. They do not promise a business result, an available service or an immediate solution.
Other conditions
- ChargeHive connects you with chargers, services and sellers.
- Services may be provided by independent hosts, sellers, dealerships, and roadside-assistance providers.
- Independent providers are responsible for their work, prices, invoices, taxes, licences, safety and following the law.
- What you can use depends on your location, available providers, account status, service type and whether you qualify.
- We may set reasonable limits to prevent misuse, fraud, excessive business use or unusual activity.
- You cannot normally move benefits to another account without approval.
- We may pause or remove benefits for fraud, abuse, reversed payments, unpaid fees, rule violations or safety concerns.
