This Shipping & Delivery Policy ("Policy") explains how access to services is delivered to users of ChargeHiveEV, a digital subscription-based platform operated by Lotus Scientific Solutions.

1. Nature of Services

  • 1.1 ChargeHiveEV provides digital services only.
  • 1.2 We do not ship, deliver, or dispatch any physical products, equipment, hardware, or EV charging devices.
  • 1.3 All services are delivered electronically through the mobile application and web-based interfaces.

2. What "Delivery" Means on ChargeHiveEV

2.1 "Delivery" refers solely to:

  • Activation of subscription access
  • Availability of platform features
  • Digital access to host and guest discovery tools

2.2 Delivery does not include EV charging services, electricity supply, charger installation, physical access arrangements, or on-site support.

3. Subscription Activation & Timeline

  • 3.1 Subscription delivery occurs digitally.
  • 3.2 Upon successful payment, subscription access is activated automatically.
  • 3.3 Typical activation time: instant to a few minutes. In rare cases up to 24 hours due to verification or app store processing.

4. Delivery Confirmation

  • 4.1 Delivery confirmation may be provided via in-app status update, email, or app store purchase receipt.
  • 4.2 If delivery confirmation is delayed, contact support.

5. No Physical Shipping

  • 5.1 ChargeHiveEV does not ship chargers, deliver accessories, provide physical installation, or dispatch technicians.
  • 5.2 Any references to "shipping" or "delivery" relate strictly to digital service access.

6. Geographic Availability

  • 6.1 ChargeHiveEV currently operates in India.
  • 6.2 Digital services are accessible wherever the platform is available, subject to internet connectivity and local laws.

7. Failed or Delayed Digital Delivery

  • 7.1 In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to app store processing, network issues, payment verification, or technical maintenance.
  • 7.2 Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
  • 7.3 ChargeHiveEV will make reasonable efforts to restore access.

8. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain a compatible device with internet connectivity
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Ensure the device meets minimum app requirements

9. Third-Party Platforms

  • 9.1 Subscriptions may be purchased via Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or authorised payment gateways.
  • 9.2 Delivery timelines may be subject to third-party policies.

10. Force Majeure

ChargeHiveEV shall not be liable for delivery delays due to natural disasters, power outages, internet failures, or government actions.
