This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all users of ChargeHiveEV, a subscription-based platform operated by Lotus Scientific Solutions.
By purchasing a subscription or using the ChargeHiveEV platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy governs subscription cancellations, renewals, refund eligibility, remaining subscription access, and user-initiated cancellations.
It applies to all subscription plans across Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly billing cycles.
2. Nature of ChargeHiveEV Services
- 2.1 ChargeHiveEV provides digital, subscription-based access to a technology platform.
- 2.2 We do not sell physical goods, charging services, electricity, or charging sessions.
- 2.3 Subscription fees grant time-based access to platform features only.
3. General Refund Policy (No Refunds)
- 3.1 All subscription fees are non-refundable.
- 3.2 Once a subscription is purchased, no refunds will be issued in full or in part, no pro-rata refunds for unused time, no refunds for early cancellation.
- 3.3 This no-refund policy applies regardless of usage, sessions completed, dissatisfaction, host/guest availability, charging outcomes, or account inactivity.
4. Cancellation by User
4.1 Right to Cancel
Users may cancel their subscription at any time, without penalty. Cancellation stops auto-renewal — no future charges will occur.
4.2 Access After Cancellation
- Upon cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
- Unused subscription time is not lost and will continue until expiry.
- No refunds are issued for unused or remaining time.
5. Auto-Renewals
- 5.1 Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- 5.2 Users are responsible for managing subscriptions via the app store or payment provider.
- 5.3 Failure to cancel before renewal does not make the subscription refundable.
6. Platform Availability
- 6.1 ChargeHiveEV does not guarantee continuous availability of hosts, chargers, or platform uptime.
- 6.2 Temporary outages, maintenance, or technical issues do not qualify for refunds.
7. Host-Guest Disputes
- 7.1 ChargeHiveEV does not handle charging payments or session disputes.
- 7.2 Any charging-related refunds must be resolved directly between host and guest.
- 7.3 Subscription refunds are not issued due to charging disputes.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
- 8.1 ChargeHiveEV may, at its sole discretion, review exceptional cases such as duplicate subscription charges or technical billing errors.
- 8.2 Any resolution does not establish a precedent.
9. Third-Party Payment Providers
- 9.1 Subscription payments are processed by third-party providers.
- 9.2 Refund timelines may be subject to App Store / Google Play / payment gateway terms.
