Cookie and storage policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

1. Essential storage

ChargeHive uses storage needed for security, sign-in, requested preferences and the privacy choice itself. These features can be used when optional analytics is rejected. The website remembers its privacy choice for up to 180 days, or asks again after a material choice-version change. If the browser cannot save your new choice, optional analytics stays off for the current visit and a message explains the problem. If an older permission cannot be removed either, clear the site data in browser settings before returning, because that older choice may still be stored.

2. Optional website analytics

Analytics stays off until you choose Allow optional analytics. Reject optional analytics is equally available. Privacy choices remains available at the bottom of the website to change your decision. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track keeps optional analytics off. The choice applies to this browser; app preferences are separate.

When allowed, the website can send page paths, visit and click events, random visitor/session identifiers and basic device information to its Firebase-backed analytics. Analytics does not use a third-party IP-location lookup or deliberately record raw IP addresses. Network providers may still receive IP addresses when delivering the site. Page-query strings and URL fragments are excluded from new analytics events to reduce accidental disclosure of private links.

3. Withdrawal and storage duration

Rejecting removes the website's own visitor and session analytics identifiers. Existing records already sent are not automatically erased by clearing browser storage; contact privacy support for an applicable erasure request. The visitor identifier otherwise lasts until you clear storage; session identifiers last for the browser session. A requested desktop/mobile view cookie lasts up to 30 days. The site also remembers a requested motion-pause preference until you clear it. Firebase/Google may use their own analytics storage after opt-in; blocking or clearing it is available through browser settings. Withdrawal stops future optional collection through the website's analytics paths.

4. App choices and contact

Use the app's Privacy Center for optional app preferences, data requests and account deletion. Device permissions can be revoked through device settings. Contact privacy@lotusscientificsolutions.com for storage or privacy questions. The International privacy rights notice explains country-specific rights.
