International service and consumer terms

Last updated: October 14, 2026

These terms supplement the ChargeHive Terms, Cancellation and Refund, and Shipping policies. Mandatory consumer protections in your country take priority over a conflicting exclusion, non-refund statement or jurisdiction clause.

1. Coverage

ChargeHive is operated from India. International availability of the app or a paid access pass does not mean charging bookings, Marketplace delivery, roadside assistance, fitness partners or dealership benefits are offered in every country. Use the coverage, seller, currency and fulfilment details shown for the particular service. The current physical-service launch scope is India, subject to actual local availability. An external public-charger listing is information for discovery and directions; it is not a ChargeHive booking, a verified live availability guarantee or permission to enter private property.

2. Price and payments

Before buying, check the total price, currency, taxes, platform fees, duration and any recurring-payment terms. Store-billed digital purchases use the price and billing currency shown by the store. A rupee price for an Indian service is not a converted quote for another country. Paying for app access does not pay for electricity, parking, delivery or a third-party service unless the purchase expressly includes it. Charging payments and seller payments follow the method disclosed for that transaction. Do not pay an undisclosed fee on the strength of an app listing alone.

3. EEA and UK cancellation rights

Where distance-selling rules apply, a consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw from a service contract after it is made, or a goods purchase after delivery, subject to legal exceptions. Digital content and services have different exceptions. Immediate access alone is not a blanket waiver: any legally required request for early performance, express consent and acknowledgement of loss of a right must be obtained separately. A proportionate charge for a service begun at your request may apply where the law permits it. Statutory remedies for defective goods or digital services remain available.

To withdraw, contact the seller or the ChargeHive support contact for a ChargeHive sale. For a store-billed pass, also use the store's cancellation/refund process; store procedures do not remove statutory rights. Identify the order, purchase date, service or goods, your name and a reply address, and state that you withdraw. You do not need to use a particular form. Do not send card details. Where withdrawal law requires a refund, it is generally due within 14 days of notice, subject to lawful conditions such as return of goods or evidence of dispatch.

4. Consumer disputes

Contact ChargeHive support with the order reference and issue. You keep any mandatory right to complain to regulators, seek available local remedies or bring a claim in a competent court. Indian-law and Hyderabad-court clauses apply only to the extent local mandatory law permits. Liability limits do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. No universal arbitration requirement is introduced by these terms.

5. Safety and accessibility

Check connector compatibility, electrical condition, actual access and the operator's instructions. Stop charging if equipment looks damaged or unsafe. Roadside assistance through ChargeHive is not a public emergency-dispatch service. In immediate danger, contact the local emergency service. If you cannot use a feature because of an accessibility barrier, contact support for assistance and describe the feature and device.
